The Gardens are free of charge, and open to the public through the generosity of our donors. If you would like to donate to The Gardens, click here.
The Gardens encourages commercial and personal photography. If you post your photos to social media, please tag us @tamugardens on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. When taking photographs, please abide by the following guidelines:
– Please do not bring intrusive or destructive props, such as couches, luggage, etc.
– Outside tables and chairs are not permitted.
– Please stay on the designated pathways and do not sit on or in the flowers. You may sit in the grassy turf areas.
– Due to the proximity to Easterwood Airport, drone photography is not permitted.
– Glitter and confetti are not permitted.
– All outdoor flames are prohibited including candles and sparklers.
– Do not stand or walk in garden beds or climb on trees, shrubs, rocks, or other garden structures.
– Do not block access to or on any public path or walkway. Please do not block or disturb other visitors.
– Do not pick flowers.
– Do not play or stand in the water features.
We encourage visitors to enjoy our grassy turf areas. When viewing our flowerbeds, please stay on the designated pathways and do not sit on or in the flowers.
The Creekside Market is located at the new White Creek Community Center on West Campus Boulevard is only a short walk away. This hybrid location has grocery and snack items, as well as four dining stations that give guests a variety of customized meals. Made-to-order entrees include pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads, soups and home-style dishes. Beverage and snack vending machines are also available on the first floor of the Agriculture and Life Sciences Building and the AgriLife Services Building.
If you’d like to bring your own picnic, please feel free to do so. We kindly ask that you use the proper trash receptacles and stay on the designated pathways, lawns and walking areas. Open flames of any kind are not permitted. Glass bottles are not permitted.
The Gardens are not available to the general public for tailgating purposes. However, select event spaces are available for reservation on game days. Please be aware that there is a rental fee associated. Learn more about reserving The Gardens here. If you are found tailgating at The Gardens and do not have a formal reservation you will be asked to leave.
Restrooms are available in The Gardens behind the Pavilion from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Other restrooms are available at the AgriLife Center during business hours. Please note that the AgriLife Center may sometimes be unavailable during private events.
Please be aware that restrooms are closed on Aggie Football game days.
Yes, WiFi is available in The Gardens with a valid Texas A&M login.
Yes, wheelchairs and strollers are permitted in The Gardens. The Gardens are wheelchair accessible.
Pets are allowed on a leash up to 6 feet. Please be respectful of other guests and remain on designated pathways, lawns and walking areas. You are responsible for cleaning up and removal of all pet waste.
We recommend bringing a hat and sunscreen. Comfortable clothes and walking shoes are recommended. If you would like, you may bring a water bottle. There are water fountains at the rear of the pavilion.
Smoking in The Gardens is not permitted. We are a tobacco-free garden.
Glass bottles are not permitted. The Gardens follows campus rules regarding alcohol consumption.
