About the Summer Celebration!
Saturday, June 15, 2024 9-11:30 a.m. @ The Gardens at Texas A&M University
The Gardens are turning SIX, and we want to celebrate with you! Join us for a morning of FREE family-friendly fun at our annual Summer Celebration. Enjoy snow cones and other refreshments as you stroll through The Gardens and visit our various educational demonstrations and activity tables.
We will have a Sensory Free/Quiet Zone during the Summer Celebration for anyone who may want or need a quieter environment at any point during the event.
Unable to join us? No worries!
Here are a few ways you can still enjoy Summer out in The Gardens!
- Download our scavenger hunt and explore The Gardens as you race to see who can find all of the items first!
- Check out our Feathered Friends of Summer map to learn about a few of the birds that visit The Gardens during the summer months.
- Cool the plants off (and yourself) by utilizing our watering cans by the Kitchen Garden.
- Create and enjoy one of these delicious summer recipes from Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service’s Dinner Tonight program.
Parking Information
Visitors may park for free in Lot 97 or in Lot 100. More information about our parking options can be found at Parking and Transportation. *Please note that traffic patterns may be different due to other events happening on campus this day.
